India: The second day of 3rd World Water Summit began with an interactive session on “Innovation in Water Technology for Sustainable Water Management” which was chaired by Dr. M. K. Srinivas, Director General, National Water Development Agency. The second session was keynote session on “Sustenance from Himalayan Water”, sponsored by UPES, India and Northrumbria University, UK.
This is to be followed by panel discussion on “Community Resource Management: Inputs from India and other participating Countries”. The last keynote session of the day is “Water Conservation and Rain Water Harvesting”.
