UK: As we look ahead in 2022, face to face events will provide a crucial platform for flooding, contamination, geotechnical and connected sectors to connect and share experiences.
On 14-15 September, The Flood Expo and The Contamination & Geotech Expo will welcome 5000+ visitors to the NEC, Birmingham visitors with the opportunity to see live demonstrations, engage with expert speakers across 120 CPD sessions, participate in a range of exclusive free to attend networking events, and enjoy the buzz and festival atmosphere of the on-site pub, street food market and live music.

Innovation
With innovation at the heart of the exhibition, the revamped layout of the exhibition floor provides space for ground-breaking suppliers to showcase their solutions in a live environment. This year, for The Contamination & Geotech Expo, the event welcomes new features such as the Drilling Rig Zone, engaging with the drilling rig industry and associations. For The Flood Expo, the event welcomes the likes of NOAQ who will host hands-on demonstrations of their flood barriers in addition to organisations, property defence solutions and sustainable urban drainage solutions.
The UK’s Largest Environmental Event
The expos are both free to attend and run alongside Resource and Waste Management and Letsrecycle Live events, which combine to form the UK’s largest event for the environmental sector.
In September, the co-located events will welcome more than 12,000 environmental professionals and over 800 exhibitors.
Social & Networking Events
However, The Flood Expo, The Contamination and Geotech Expo and co-located events are more than just an exhibition. In addition to the seminars, exhibits and demonstrations, visitors can enjoy the festival atmosphere of the on-site pub, street food market and take part in a host of exclusive, free to attend networking events.
This year also sees the introduction of the Local Authority and Agency Lounge, allowing visitors to network with colleagues and discuss challenges and innovative schemes being implemented in their local areas and beyond.
